About TR-300 FORESIGHT STEREO
TR-300 FORESIGHT STEREO, introduced in the article, is a high-speed, continuous AI visual inspection system developed by our company.
By combining Real-Time Photometric Stereo technology with unsupervised AI anomaly detection, known as E3 ENGINE, the system aims to detect fine scratches on glossy products in real time, in line with production-line speeds. These include components such as bearings and plated parts, which have traditionally been difficult to inspect automatically.
We have developed this system with the aim of contributing technologically to solving challenges faced in manufacturing quality assurance, such as labor shortages and variations in inspection quality.
The award ceremony for the 40th Kanagawa Industrial Technology Development Awards “Future Creation Award,” which recognized this product, was held at the Kanagawa Prefectural Government Office on December 25, 2025. At the ceremony, we received the certificate of commendation from Governor Yuji Kuroiwa.

Closing Remarks
This feature article by Kanagawa Shimbun would not have been possible without the support of our customers, partner companies, and the local community who have supported us over the years. We would like to express our deepest gratitude once again.
We will continue to steadily refine our technologies while remaining rooted in Fujisawa and Kanagawa, with the goal of contributing to manufacturing sites across Japan.
We sincerely appreciate your continued guidance and support.
