The system was introduced as an award-winning technology of the
40th Kanagawa Industrial Technology Development Award (Future Creation Award).

“Non-Stop AI Inspection” Born from Real Manufacturing Challenges
TR-300 is a high-speed, continuous AI visual inspection system designed to
detect minute surface defects in real time without stopping production lines.
By combining ultra-fast image acquisition with AI-based inference, the system enables high-precision inline inspection, which was previously difficult to achieve. This contributes to enhanced quality assurance and promotes digital transformation (DX) in manufacturing environments.
In the magazine, TR-300 was recognized for its:

These strengths led to its selection for the Future Creation Award.
